Ten Commandments: Exploring the World of Right & Wrong

For as long as there have been humans, those humans have pondered about right and wrong. They’ve asked questions about how we should live, how we should treat each other, about which things we should and shouldn’t do. And for almost as long, humans have disagreed about how to properly answer those questions: whose standards are the right ones? Which rules should we follow? Some questions around morality admittedly don’t seem easy to answer.

In the Old Testament, God gave his people quite a few rules and guidelines to live by–the most famous of which we call the Ten Commandments. What might these ancient commands have to teach us about God’s definition of morality? And what might they be able to show us about the shortcomings in our own?

This series takes thirteen weeks to explore the world of right and wrong through the lens of the Ten Commandments.
